"Beautiful French style house, very good location, calm street, close to the town center. Cozy garden available, shared with guests of other houses within the locality, but each has its own privacy. Slightly steep stairs for babies and the elderly up to the loft, but with care absolutely trouble free. Perfectly equipped kitchen as well as the whole house. Even if there is no parking at the property, it is possible to stop, unload luggage and park in the parking lot about 5 min. walk for free. Very nice hosts, perfect communication."

"Nicht erwartet haben wir das es wirklich schwierig ist einen Parkplatz zu finden der gut erreichbar ist. Zudem liegt die Wohnung In Hanglage und es ist schon eine ziemliche Mühe die straße raufzukommen. Man sollte sehr gut uu Fuß sein."

"Gezellig appartement op 10 minuten lopen van het bruisende hart van Honfleur. Heel schoon. Beddengoed, linnengoed aanwezig. Ook shampoo/douchegel aanwezig. Sfeervolle tuin."
"Een gratis parkeerplaats voor je auto is ver van het appartement. We moesten 20-25 minuten lopen. Er zijn geen comfortabele tuinstoelen/ligbedjes in de tuin. Ook 2 comfortabele stoelen of een bankje ontbreken in het appartement."

"Wir hatte. Probleme mit dem Wifi. Trotz Re-Start ging es immer nur stundenweise und meist nicht für zwei Geräte gleichzeitig. Verwalter hat danach geschaut, aber es änderte sich nichts. Für Teams Besprechungen nicht geeignet. Das Bett war groß und gemütlich, hatte aber auf der linken Seite eine ziemlich große Kuhle."

Sinon l'équipement électro-ménager était parfait. Il est vrai que, aimant faire la cuisine même en vacances, je suis un peu maniaque."

"All people said about is noisy and not clean , but you have all you need to clean if you like , because the price is incredible, so like this the same can be double price, so if I go here again I will take this one , the air works better, all so good , at the price we paid!!! "A beautiful apartment with a lovely garden located in a pleasant suburb of Nice, with nearby shops and close to tourist attractions such as the Matisse Museum and Archaeological museum. Having a parking space was very handy. It is an easy drive from the apartment to visit neighbouring towns with Cannes, Monaco, Menton and others just a short distance (30mins to 1hr). The apartment has everything you need for a great stay and our host was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay in Nice."

"We visited in off-season and found the hotel to be perfect for a short stay. The room was simple but very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and communicative. You can’t beat the location: a stone’s throw from the beachfront but a nice distance from the centre of town. Soulac sur Mer is a very charming place. We’ll definitely be back."
