"Kate and Daniel were fabulous hosts of this perfectly formed B&B. Chambres au Grande Calme is exceptionally apt. We felt extremely relaxed in this comfortable and peaceful property, based in the charming village of Primarette. The accommodation was spacious, with little, thoughtful touches’ that actually made a big difference when away from home comforts. It was exceptionally peaceful (we slept for so long!) and set in beautiful countryside. Daniel is a talented artist, whose work is evident throughout the property. The breakfast, served in the house kitchen, was wonderful; very French, but very delicious. They had catered for my wife, who is gluten intolerant, and had a range of delightful homemade jams and local honey. We were made to feel very welcome and very at home. I would highly recommend Kate and Daniel’s place for a stay. I hope that we shall return to sample it once again. Very special!"
"We liked the location, it is in a quiet town, which is what we enjoy. The owner Laurent couldn't have been more helpful in assisting us when we were looking for somewhere to eat on arrival. He offered to ring a couple of places on our behalf and we had a lovely evening at a local restaurant. We asked for more recommendations and he suggested a table at another Airbnb which was excellent too. The breakfast was very good, with plenty to choose from (the night before) and delivered at our preferred time. Our room was beautifully decorated, it wasn't hugely spacious but big enough for us. Everything was very clean and neat."
