"- We informed our hosts that we're arriving with a baby and two small kids and therefore we asked them to heat up the apartment in advance. By the time we arrived, all rooms were pre-heated at quite warm temperatures and a baby cot was prepared in the parents' room in advance, even though we didn't ask for it (it was of great help btw as we didn't need to spend time mounting our own). - The apartment is well equipped with anything a family would need, including utilities like e.g. vacuum cleaner, coffee machine (two of them, one for pods & one for regular coffee), ironing utilities, fully equipped kitchen etc etc etc. There are also some board games (although a "Carcassonne" board game is clearly missing) and a small courtyard where kids can play basketball. - The historial city centre (Unesco World Heritage) is literally two corners away."

"Positives : Amazing location and lovely chalet. Lock box so easy entry. Suggestions : reduce the amount of cooking stuff in drawers as difficult to find anything / no where to store food. Also good to leave basic instructions for cooker / how to turn on toilet light without automatic hall lights coming on. And useful to leave a dishcloth and more than two dishwasher tabs."
