"Apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. View of port spectacular. Modern and functional bathroom."
"Couldn't find the fridge and washing machine because they were in cupboards. Fridge had no light. Washing machine not very clean. Television instructions didn't work. Mobile radiator dirty, wheels distorted and cable not safe as wires exposed so we didn't use it. Panel with vent in kitchen let in cold and noise. Noise from road intrusive because windows single glazed. Security of building poor, no lock. Security of apartment also poor the single lock was held in place by one small screw which was not tight so we tightened it."
"The apartment has a spectacular view to the harbour. Communication with the host was easy, and the location was perfect for both the town and the beach."

"Beautiful view to the sea and port. Has a well equipped kitchen, spacious living room.. beds were quite comfortable and it was easy to walk to the centre (5-10 min). Hosts were very nice, they even had restaurant recommendations."
"Parking is a bit difficult in the area, even off peak times. Having said that, we managed to find each day a spot- but not immediately. There is no lift and the apartment is on the 4th floor- but this wasnt a problem for us."

"There are a few steps to climb to get to the apartment, which could be a problem if mobility is an issue - but it was good exercise after all that delicious seafood in Sète!"

"Arrivée un peu tardive vendredi soir, notre hôte nous avait prévu un « petit » goûter c’était très agréable! La maison est incroyable, la vue de l’appartement est vraiment chouette. Tout est très propre, bien équipé. Il n’y a plus qu’à venir en été :) Merci beaucoup de nous avoir reçu!"

"The place is lovely - just as it is in the pictures. The hosts are very, very nice and very friendly. They offered us a home-cooked dinner that was very delicious. There is a very easy and spacious private parking. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Sophie's home was wonderful - our room was large, clean and very well appointed. The grounds were large with many mature fruit trees and brilliantly kept, the pool heated and Sophie's breakfast every morning was the perfect start to the day. The guest rooms are in a separate building, and were extremely quiet. In short, the perfect stay, merci beaucoup!"

"Perfect stay, from the very welcome arrival from the lovely host Beatrice, Gite de la Forge offered a spacious, comfortable home in a small little country town. Two toilets, comfy beds, equipped kitchen and a washing machine made it practical, bbq and outdoor setting sitting in the sun overlooking the garden made it so enjoyable. "A lovely self contained apartment that had everything you need. The kettle wasn’t working by when I arrived. I walked down to the office to report it and by the time I got back, someone was there to replace it. Amazing service. Beautiful location right by the beach (no sea view due to the dunes) but a great location and only a 5 minute walk to the sea and 10 minutes maximum into the town centre."
