"The location was excellent. Amazing views from the room and from the terrace. Lovely outside area with very comfy seating to relax, read or have a drink. Staff were superb, friendly, helpful and professional. Nice toiletries in the room and an excellent shower. Room was very clean. Food as always very good."
"It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge. The rooms could be altered to make use of the entrance area and free up space in the bedroom to accommodate the facilities. It's nice to be able to make a drink and to store cold water when it is hot. Beds are a little lumpy."

"Sadly the restaurant lacks ambience which pulls away from the superb food and location. The lighting is too bright, no music, no candles or flowers on the table and the wait staff are dressed like they are working on a budget airline although even they don’t allow white crocs on their feet!-"

"Perfect location. A couple of minutes walk from the train station and the steps that lead down to the Grotto. Fabien was attentive, polite, and hospitable. The breakfast was sufficient and typical continental style. Pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals, fruit, eggs, and petite sausages."

"I was met by the owner at the apartment on my arrival and given the keys and shown around the apartment. It was clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything that you would need for self catering purposes. There was a lovely balcony with a table and plenty of chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air and exceptional view. It was extremely well positioned, in terms of near the bus stop, ski hire, food shops and restaurants, and a short walk through the buildings to the lifts."

"Beautiful manor home, in close proximity to the cathedral,shops, restaurants etc, easy parking in the nearby parking garage and dropping off luggage also easy with parking bays in front. Beautiful room with all luxuries (we stayed at the back which was quiet) and a nice garden to enjoy. Quite expensive but worth it."
"The young lady on reception was very nice, the room was what you would expect from an Ibis, the restaurant was really very good and not overpriced. It is in a commercial area but only a very short walk to a lovely lake on one side or the river on the other."

"The location is perfect to explore the cool quart of Notre Damme du mont. The studio is big and the balcony outside is a nice plus. Its well isolated but the music from the bars outside is still very loud. Noisy neighbour too."
