"A very bright apartment with its own small private courtyard. The renovation is great, and the appliances are of high quality. The host is extremely attentive — we arrived very late at night, and he probably didn’t go to sleep until he made sure we had entered the apartment and everything was fine with us. However, with such detailed instructions for entering the residential complex and the apartment, it would be hard to do anything wrong. Many thanks, Sam!"

"An absolutely amazing property, could not fault anything. Beautiful interior with high end spec furniture, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Gardens were well mature with outside furniture. Home from home. The owner had provided a bottle of water and some juice which was delicious 😋, a nice welcome. Parking at property 😊Small thing pillows were a little uncomfortable but did not distract from overall experience"

"The host is responsive and very polite. It was a pleasure interacting with him. All the instructions for collecting keys was provided clearly and in advance. We were a group of 11 people and the villa was perfect for us to relax. The pool table and jacuzzi provided enough entertainment that we spent max time at the villa. The kitchen was done up tastefully and so were the bedrooms."

"What a wonderful house in a fantastic location. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, right next to the dunes – perfect for long walks, even all the way to the other coast. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is wide, peaceful, and dog-friendly. The house itself has everything you need: a comfortable living area, a spacious open kitchen fully equipped with everything imaginable, a utility room, and clean, modern bathrooms. Upstairs there’s a lovely seating area on the landing with a view over the nature reserve. Everything was spotless, and the large fenced garden was perfect for my dog. We had all kinds of weather, including a heatwave, and to my surprise there was air conditioning – such a relief, especially for my dog, as walking to the beach was too hot at times. The host, Laura, was amazing – always quick to respond and very helpful. If you’re looking for space and quiet, especially outside the high season, this place is a gem."

"Great place in a calm area! Surrounded by nature, you can walk around through the vineyards and even buy the local bio wine produced by Chateau de Ribonet. Excellent welcome by the owner Domi! We discovered a charming host dedicated to please her guests. Very good breakfast, all in all great value for the money."

"Mansardina in ottima posizione, letto comodo, bagno carino e funzionale (ne vorrei uno così a casa) Romantiche finestre con vista sui tetti e un pezzettino di Tour Eiffel. Molto comodo sia per la metropolitana sia per gli autobus, pochi minuti a piedi da Les Invalides, Torre Eiffel e Senna. In poco più di venti minuti si arriva a piedi al museo D' Orsay. Due supermercati vicini, molto utili se si vuole consumare qualche pasto in casa. Wi-fi con buona velocità. Molto apprezzata la macchinetta con capsule nespresso"
