"Great facilities throughout. Very well equipped with table tennis, petanque area, barbeque, fantastic bluetooth stereo, fast broadband, and fully functional kitchen. A beautiful home both inside and out. Homely, clean, and extremely comfortable and welcoming. Overall, it was a really great experience, close to local places of interest. It is a truly fantastic property in a lovely setting."

The three of us enjoyed ourselves, and your local knowledge was much appreciated. You have a beautiful home, inside and out. Your kindness is a balm to all who encounter it. Our first day was extremely hot, and you ensured that we had adequate water and cooling fans; nothing was too much trouble for you to ensure that we were comfortable. Your house is modern and clean, with every appliance at our disposal. We have stopped in many places, and this is one of the best. It is located centrally, with ample bike and walking routes, and close to the river Loire. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, as you catered for our daily needs as required. We enjoyed our translation conversations and wish you both every success for the future."

"J'ai passé une excellente semaine à Bordeaux dans cet appartement. Le logement est impeccable, très propre et particulièrement confortable, ce qui est idéal pour un séjour professionnel de cette durée. L'emplacement stratégique dans le quartier des Chartrons est un vrai plus : c'est calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. Côté logistique, l'accès à l'appartement est totalement sécurisé en plus d'être facilement accèsible en transports en commun. Un grand merci à Nassim pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité. La communication a été fluide et efficace dès la réservation. L'arrivée et le départ se font en toute autonomie, ce qui offre une grande flexibilité. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir !"
