Familieselskabet Les Stoechades ligger 20 m fra stranden bag væddeløbsbanen og er åbent hele året rundt. Der tilbydes en række fritidsfaciliteter og indkvartering med egen forplejning. Lejlighederne på Les Stoechades har tekøkken, fladskærms-tv og eget badeværelse. Der er ligeså privat udendørs. Les Stoechades har i øvrigt have, privat bilparkering, fritidsfaciliteter og fælles plancha-grill. Gæsterne kan tage bussen lige uden for ejendommen og køre til Hyères centrum eller til Porquerolles-øerne. Turen tager 15 minutter.

"Good location, directly opposite the free beach, bus runs out front but overall road noise was minimal. Excellent view, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and an open market at the Port. Fireworks and a disco on Monday nights! the studio apartment was well equipped for self catering. Shower was hot and powerful. Free parking on site, and security gate locked overnight. Staff very friendly and welcoming"
"Not the fault of the owners, but the people on the next balcony smoked cigarettes and marijuana, which was disappointing. I reported it but they still continued. Slightly inconvenient but the internet only worked in the Community area. Parking was very tight and somebody clipped my rental car."

"Good location, beautiful surroundings away from the freeway, 1 second Check-in and 2 minute Check-out; Tesla superchargers in the courtyard. Breakfast is OK but a bit expensive for what is on offer… very comfortable bed, air conditioning works well, car parked outsider the door (American motel stay)."
