"An excellent stay, in a well-thought-out apartment (some clever thought went into making it!). The location is great, and the outdoor space was fantastic for relaxing. The apartment had great heating/cooling, and everything we could want for our stay. The electric security gates were another great feature, even though not needed in such a friendly area. The WiFi was awesomely fast (compared to our fibre broadband in the UK), and mobile phone signal and data speeds were very good too. The landlords don't speak English, and our French isn't much better, but we managed to communicate just fine. Would definitely recommend this place! Wish we could have stayed longer."

"La posizione, molto vicina al circuito L’appartamento ha tutto quello che serve, compreso sale olio e zucchero in cucina, cialde per il caffè e una bottiglia d’acqua fresca nel frigorifero. Arredamento da “seconda casa” molto apprezzato perché non pretenzioso, letti francesi abbastanza comodi. Maurice e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con grande ospitalità e si sono più volte informati sul nostro arrivo, rinunciando a una gita fuori porta per aspettarci."

"Plenty of space and lots of light. It’s proximity to Port-Royal metro station was a bonus coming from Charles de Gaulle Airport & for transport to places of interest in central Paris. Small supermarket a few doors up the street, Boulangerie & spotless butcher’s shop which supplied freshly cooked chickens, ham, & cooked vegetables perfect for a meal eaten in the apartment. The addition of a microwave would be an asset."
"The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The room was quiet and there was a huge bathroom. Being able to use the shared kitchen was certainly an advantage."

"The service of the host was exceptional, the apartament was clean, bright and welcoming, the view and the location whitin the town centre was excellent, The apartment is suitable for up to a family with 2 small children as it has all the facilities and it is 5 minutes walk from Les Machine de L'ile (which is the reason why we came to Nantes on our way back home). I cannot recommend it enough, so please book with confidence!"
