"Very kind host, helpful and available. The place is small but has everything one needs, including washing machine and dishwasher. Joachim is very quick to respond to any requests. The kids played with the dog in the yard. On warm days we could take our meals outside. Close to bouldering sites around Fontainebleau. Good internet. Charming furniture in the bedrooms. The glycine around the door is beautiful in the spring."

"Ants in the flat that bit us at night, it got better after some insecticide treatment. Occasional dog poop in the yard that our kids managed to step into before it got picked up. Very small bathroom. Dim lighting (there are no ceiling lights in the rooms). The dog wanders in if you don't close the door properly. The stairs are very steep for small kids."

"Our host, Joe, was very friendly, spoke excellent English and was really relaxed when our arrival was delayed due to getting lost in Paris. The family live in the adjoined house and they were all very welcoming when we met. The house was very well appointed, the rooms were comfy, clean and we had everything we needed. There was a large TV with Netflix so we could watch our normal shows. There was a supermarket very close by. The property is just on the edge of the village and our evening walk took us to a field of sunflowers. It was a quiet and relaxing place to stay."

"A few lights were not working and the shower head had a couple of leaks. The missing lights were not so bad as no room lacked lights at all and it was still possible to use the shower."

"It is situated in a lovely village, and the hosts are extremely helpful and kind. The bedrooms are both charming, and the property has pretty much everything in it you would need for a short stay."

"It may be worth being aware of the layout: the (separate) toilet and shower are both downstairs, and the bedrooms upstairs. For some, this may be somewhat inconvenient. There was a strange smell in the toilet throughout my stay. In addition, for some visitors the property may be a bit far from the local station."

"Hôtes fort sympathiques qui étaient présents à notre arrivée et avec qui nous avons pu discuter, ils nous ont aidé à porter les bagages! Logement dans un quartier très calme+ Literie au top=bonnes nuits! Place de parking privative. Salle de bain un peu petite mais pour quelques jours de vacances on s'en accommode! lave vaisselle, lave linge, serviettes et torchons fournis, lits faits, pas de ménage à faire à la sortie = le pied pour les vacances!!!"

"El anfitrión es muy hospitalario y amable. Nos sentimos como en casa. La casa dispone de todos el menaje necesario para el día a día. El jardin hace que la estancia sea super agradable, nosotros que íbamos con la niña mucho mas. Jugó ahi muchísimo. Las habitaciones son grandes y los colchones muy cómodos. Hay calefacción en todas las dependencias."

"L’accueil était chaleureux, le gîte correspondait à la description. Très bien situé. Nous y étions avec trois chiens : possibilité de faire de belles balades dans la forêt."

"Casa confortevole, carina e tranquilla in un bel paese. Tante cose da fare e da vedere nei dintorni e Parigi molto facile da raggiungere con il treno! Joachim è stato un ospite molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha aiutato e ci ha spiegato tante cose. E poi ci ha dato anche un graditissimo regalo prima della nostra partenza! A presto Enrico"
