"To find a hotel for one night in Val d”Isere I thought would be impossible, so was very happy to find the Cretes. Brilliant location, amazing breakfast, and we could leave our bags there while we went skiing."

"I received notice from the hotel that check-in would only be at 4pm, but that I was welcome to wait in their lounge. That was greatly appreciated. The lounge was ver comfortable, and a very nice staff member actually checked me in at 3pm. Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean."

"A Relais-Chateau property in a lovely location just outside Albi...the experience was excellent. The view over the river was calm and peaceful and the room very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both good. Service from the front desk excellent. I would stay there again gladly."
