"Clean and well positioned apartment. Ideal for both summer and winter breaks. Close to local shops and cable car etc. Great views of the lake. We love Thollon (station), Evian and the surrounding area. Perfect base for a summer break. France, Switzerland and Italy.........so.much to see and do."

"The apartment is in a lovely area with shops and bars and is close to metro and bus links. Its a 20 minute walk from Lebikini so if you are looking for somewhere to stay after a concert it is perfect. The apartment felt very safe and was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied and bathroom had plenty of toiletries. There were even cold drinks in the fridge in arrival ❤️. The tv worked well and there were plenty of sockets for charging telephones... The pool area was easy to find and was well maintained and very clean. The owner is very helpful and us quuck to answer messahes/questions. We both said we would happily stay there again if in the area."
"The apartment is very well equipped. It is comfortable and peaceful. We cooked a lot on the grill outside and enjoyed the terrace. The apartment is located very close to the supermarket. In few minutes by car, you are at the harbor or to any of many beaches nearby. We stayed 2 weeks and we could stay longer. We will miss the place."
