"Very well situated, access to metro and can walk to Sacre Coeur, as well as to Louvre. Very good heating system. All facilities available. Very easy to check in. The landlord was great as well! Very quiet as well, no extra noise even if it rained."

"The apartment is clean and cozy. The location is perfect — close to the center, and it is very easy and quick to get to all the main attractions of Paris. Everything matched the description. We were completely satisfied with our stay. Thank you for the comfort!"

"The only thing we missed was a few basic amenities. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules provided — usually, hosts leave a few. Also, it would have been nice to have some basic kitchen essentials like a little salt. But overall, we are very happy with our stay!"

"The location was very good, very convenient for Gare du Nord Eurostar arrival, with Metro stop Poissoniere also less than a minute's walk, and with good local shops (Franprix supermarket, very good local bakery). Shower and bathroom were in a very good condition, clean and with good water temperature and shower pressure. Sofa bed was quite easy to operate and was comfortable. Small kitchenette was nice, though microwave/mini oven hard to access so I didn't use (not that I needed to on this occasion!). Property clean and generally comfortable, and clear instructions about gaining access were sent which were easy to follow."

"Once inside the building with the apartment, the stairwell light didn't seem to operate (or I couldn't work out how to do so) which made it hard to see to lock/unlock the apartment door or open the coded keybox (I used my phone torch). Apartment itself is a bit dim, with fully frosted windows, though inevitable given the small courtyard and ground floor location. Fine for someone not staying in most of the day, as I wasn't in the fine weather! But some of the pictures on the Booking.com page don't seem to represent the apartment I had booked as they show a much lighter room with different furniture; I see that there are in fact two apartments available so perhaps make it clearer which photographs refer to which."

"Location is excellent, close to everything, and studio is inside the building block so really quiet, no noise at all. Comfy bed and for 2 people way more space than a standard hotel room, it was great to have the sofa area and small kitchen to grab a coffee in the morning or have a take away in the evening. Good WiFi connection. Bathroom is not very big but we had enough of room and walk in shower was very spacious. Easy self check in process and can leave luggage from 12pm even if check in not allowed until 3pm. Check out time is also 12pm which was great. I definitely recommend it for couples and I would go back."

"Can't really open the windows as they face the alleyway- but I'll also say that didn't bother us at all. It's probably a bit tight for 4 people but ideal for 2. Could have been cleaner, dropped a t-shirt on the floor and it got quite dusty"

"Not huge but spacious for Paris standards, tiny kitchen but had all it needed, washing machine and dryer worked well, close to north station and relatively central for Paris standards."

"It is an extension of a ground room into an exterior courtyard/corridor. This made the apartment a bit damp, and also they used a translucent ceiling for the sitting area (or second bed, inconveniently for me - woke up with the light at 7am)."

"The location could not have been better for our needs. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, boulangeries and supermarkets within a short walk. The metro station is less than 300m from the apartment. The communication from the owner was excellent thoughout. Merci boucoup!"

"We were a family of 4 so at times it felt a little bit cramped but we expected this. Take a look at the photos and understand what you are booking, it is a studio apartment with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Genuinely we have no significant issues from our stay except that it wasn't longer."
