"The location is brilliant, less than 10 mins slow walk from Gare Du Nord, and 5 mins from Poissoniere Metro stop. Lots of eateries very nearby, as well as a lovely Boulanger/Patisserie Leonie. The flat is very quiet, no street noise. Great shower, nice toiletries and lots of towels, good bedding. Beds are comfortable too. WiFi great, TV can access Netflix and/or Amazon Prime. The Concierge team looking after the flat were very responsive when we had an issue with the heating controller."

"We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was well thought out, and we were especially delighted to find a bottle of Blanc de Blancs champagne in the fridge, kindly prepared by the owner. It was such a cozy experience to light the fireplace and enjoy the champagne in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay—there are plenty of dishes, an oven, fridge, microwave, and everything else you might need. When we arrived, the weather was chilly, but we quickly turned on the heating, and the house warmed up nicely. We also enjoyed using the fireplace. There’s a lovely yard where you can dine outdoors when the weather is nice, and parking inside the property is very convenient. The location is great—just 10 kilometers from Épernay and about 30–40 minutes by car to Reims. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!"
"The apartment is in a great location, on a wonderful street lined with shops offering the very best food France has to offer. There are also fantastic markets here on the weekends. The metro and bus stops are very close to the apartment. The apartment is bright and spacious, and the owner is very accommodating and responsive. When we return to Paris, I would love to stay here again."
