"We were just passing through Rouen, so needed a one-night stay, and we couldn't get a better place. Good location close to the center, but quiet at the same time. There is no designated parking space, but you most likely will find one in adjacent streets (we parked at Place Allain Leprest, just a few minutes away). The apartment is cozy and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed Petite dejouner was very nice and thoughtful. I definitely recommend this place."
"Internet didn't work at the time we were there, but it didn't bother us. Apartment is quite small, so, I probably wouldn't recommend it for longer stays, but for a few days it is perfect."
