"Gated entrance for security and reception area to collect keys and pay local tax. All very friendly and fast. Use of the old building for the apartments made it feel very special. Room size and facilities were great - local shops not too far away."

"This accommodation is part of a gated community set up. The room was huge and wheelchair accessible, well equipped with kitchen, fridge and freezer as well. The bathroom was also super spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was also a beautiful view from the room. We only stayed one night on our way to the ocean but it was a great choice to stay here."
"The breakfast is a modest one so if you have any dietary restrictions I would suggest to look for a place where they cater to your needs better. Other than that we were super happy with our stay."

"What a great place. We stayed here on route to Spain. It was just a few km from the motorway in a lovely hillside location. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She tolerated my terrible French before switching to perfect English! We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was very spacious. It had a huge bathroom and felt like a luxury hotel suite. We had our dogs with us, and there were lots of paths and tracks to walk straight from the property. We had a small kitchen area, including a kettle, microwave and coffee machine. The bed was large and very comfortable, and it was extremely quiet. I went for a swim in the indoor pool and had it all to myself. Would definitely recommend Domitys Le Manoir."

"The staff were wonderful. Very small hidden away in a beautiful little village, so much to explore nearby, chateaux, so many lovely scenes to enjoy. We missed dinner there unfortunately, but were directed 150 metres to a riverside restaurant - best savoury crepes either of us have ever eaten. Incredibly safe, small but busy, no wonder. Beautifully clean, including the ensuite facilities, comfortable room, lovely bed. Book in with complete confidence."

"The house was situated in a quiet road with a beautiful garden. The equipment was outstanding with a fantastic supply og crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The house was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and furniture in the sitting area. The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful. We would return again if we were in La Rochelle again!"
