"The property was very close to metro. Clean , friendly staff"
"There is no lift as most of homes -hotels in Paris and the price could be lower"
"The location is fantastic located in a beautiful residential area, close to the subway station You can find good restaurants in the proximity. Even the hotel has its restaurant ,well perceived as I understood. The lady from reception was so nice"
"Not having air conditioning"
"The staffs are super helpful and friendly the location is very good, just 5 minutes from the metro station and its a safe neighborhood with a nice restaurant and bakery around the corner aswell as cafe's and a big plus is they have a car parking facility."
"Only tiny minus point is rooms are not noise proof but we only experienced loud people for few mts during our stay, we still will come back here!"
"Very clean, good location, close to the metro, quiet area, excellent service. all recommendations."
"Aucun."
"Very friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds, windows that open, breakfast, staff helped with bag storage and taxi"
"Some guests are noisy in the stair well but that's not the owners fault"
"Very clean, friendly staff and very close from metro station."
"Nothing"
"Great location, 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. 25 to minutes from Gare du Nord (straight one Metro 4) and around the same time to Eiffel Tower (2 Metros 4 and 6). Great staff. Rooms are very basic but they have everything one needs. Stay with my family of 3, for one night. The room cost €120 and with breakfast €9 each. Breakfast was very nice, freshly squeezed orange juice was included. Carrefour is around the corner and a few cafes and restaurants are not far. This hotel is part of a small charming restaurant."
"It was a little too basic, not air conditioning, but a fan is in the room."

Niels Hotel Victor Hugo
"The hosts are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The breakfasts are fantastic, the bread, the yoghurt, the jams, they are superb and are made by the hosts. The food in the evening was sublime. The menu was good, and it was homemade French food at its best. All presented with a flair and passion. Most of what we ate was produced in the host's own garden. Thank you for making our stay with you so enjoyable and relaxing."
"Staff hugely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Jean-Paul must have spent more than an hour of his own time helping by phone, translation etc to sort out my flat tyre disaster. Offered to give lifts to and from garage half an hour away too, if necessary. Children loved the atmosphere and water park and walking to beach on own. Quiet after 1030."
"A very nice stay in this clean property, very calm as no children around! The restaurant and breakfast were nice too!"
Olivier Hotel Palazzu & SPA - Adult Only
"Very nice apartement, cosy and stylish. Great garden. Well equiped kitchen. And Chantal was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely great stay."

"Personalet med “chef-in” Birgit i spidsen var virkelig søde og imødekommende, fantastisk. Her får man fuld valuta for pengene. Også i restauranten - her er portionerne af “tyske dimensioner”, så man kan overveje at dele en portion."
"Easy to find, fabulous location and amazing vue from 1st floor windows. Parking in front. Welcoming host. Breakfast was extra but nicely presented on a tray outside room. Thoughtful extras like a pair of binoculars. Nice restaurants nearby."
"The room is spacious and beautiful, the bed is very comfortable. Room cleaning service is truly outstanding. The room is on the third floor so one could not hear the crowds from the bar restaurant downstairs. Location is central and convenient. The bar restaurant staff members - specially the ladies - are professional and convivial. Breakfast - at a cost of 8.90 Euros - is excellent and plentiful. The room is good value at 66 Euros per night."
