"A very quaint French cottage. Out of the way, we went into town, about 10kms away for evening meal but if you're organised take something with you. A modern bathroom and eclectic decor. Beautiful garden growing vegetables, herbs and saffron Would recommend this accommodation"

"everything. it is like staying in a farytale . the interior is as original as the exterior beatiful atmosphere very comfortable with any eye for detail that makes you want to never leave the place. the breakfast is outside and fantastic. The garden behind the house is filled with vegetables grapes, peaches and othe fruit. the host is a wonderfull and service minded person. we stavel a lot but this one has a AAA++ score on our list."

"Schönes Anwesen abseits von allem Verkehr, bei Anfahrt bei Dunkelheit mit Lampe gut markiert , um die Einfahrt zu finden. Hübsch eingerichtete Räume mit allem Komfort. Hervorragendes Frühstück, im Winter im Zimmer einzunehmen etwas eng, aber im Sommer in der schönen Gartenanlage mit zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten sicher zauberhaft."

"The breakfast was perfect, well laid out and presented would not ask for any more. Spent time with hosts on arrival and they were very welcoming and indeed amazing. They booked then took and came back for to the local restaurant, nothing was too much trouble and importantly felt we connected with them. The grounds of the house is pretty large and is peaceful and chilling. We loved it and will return if the opportunity arises."

"A beautiful villa set in a quiet district 5 mins walk from the beach. There are supermarkets 5 mins drive (15 min walking) away. La Flotte is within walking distance. A pretty marina with bars and restaurants. A costal path allows a safe walk home. We hired bikes as there is secure storage at the villa. The villa is well equipped and we had a large fridge with ice machine and ice creams for our arrival. We used the bus to go to La Rochelle which was very easy. We were worried there would be mosquitos but there were none on our visit."
