"Good sized room with kitchenette. Good location. Good breakfast delivered to room."
"It was a warm evening and the AC didn't work (set only to heat mode) - staff said they would fix it but didn't. Difficult then to have windows open (for ventilation) and curtains closed (for light and fly exclusion - windows opened inwards). No soap etc provided in the bathroom."
"Travel for business. Very late arrival, 3 of us. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. Real shame that we couldn't enjoy the hotel facilities the pool and spa and enjoy the area. Work gets in the way!!! Have no doubts about re-booking here."

"St.Affrique is a cosy and adorable village and Le 1837 is a great spot to have a relaxing hide-away and be well-located in the village as well. We did some excursions to Millau and Gorges Du tarn on a 40-60min drive. Hotel brings a wonderful “ease” to relax with the help of a spacious room, great beds and garden and private parking."

"This is the ideal place to stay if you want peace and quiet, I stayed for a wedding nearby but it is a peaceful place in the country. The hostess was so attentive and went out of her way to help me. You can order dinner with her for a little extra, lovely tasty food. Breakfast was plenty enough as well. Lovely fresh local French food. The House is an old house, and you can get a real sense of history in the building.."
