"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"

Possibility to rent two electrical bikes, worth mentioning they are very good and well maintained (especially brakes), which is great to visit the region. "This is a lovely little hotel in an amazing part of Paris. Our room was small but very comfortable, and was excellent value for money during our visit to Paris. The staff were friendly, and although the hotel is basic, it is clean. The location was phenomenal - you exit the hotel and you are within easy reach of bus stops, trams, and metro stations. It is walking distance to Montmart, which is just a total gem."
