"The stay with Gérardine and Charles was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and have every little thing you might need. But what makes this place unforgettable are the hosts themselves — Gérardine and Charles are such warm, caring people, always making sure you feel at home. Every breakfast and dinner is prepared with love and creativity, with a different menu each day that feels like a gift. The house is in a peaceful and relaxing setting, perfect for unwinding, yet close to wonderful activities like visiting fairytale castles and enjoying wine tastings in the area. I left with full hearts, grateful for the kindness, generosity, and slow, gentle rhythm of this special place."

"La Dixmeresse is a lovely group of stone buildings in a quiet village. Ideal for hiding away for a few days. Our room on the first floor of the main house was very spacious and we had a lovely view of the village."

"At the time of our stay the property was only recently purchased by the owners Charles and Geraldine. they have plenty of projects for renovations and upgrades here and there but still at the time of our stay there was no real lack for something. A note about the air conditioning: while at least in our room was missing, I don t think It Is really necessary in the area (at least for the night). We slept with no issue by opening the windows for a couple of hours even considering the temperature in the afternoon reached around 35 degrees. I would gladly stay again here if i ll ever return in the area."

"Everything. Beautifully decorated large French style room , great breakfast , hosts Charles and Geraldine gave us excellent advice re things to do and see in the area and were very personable . Would have loved to stay longer ."

"Bruno and Valérie were really friendly and welcoming, and despite it being a last minute booking, they had no hesitation in offering to cook us dinner, which was delicious along with Bruno's wine recommendation. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The whole property was lovely. The village was quite, and within two minutes we were able walk to a great wine bar, or be standing amongst vines! Perfect! We highly recommend staying at La Dixmeresse."

"Delicious . Freshly made coffee , excellent bread and home made jams. Everything was truly tasty. We could have had a cooked breakfast but after the luxurious meal the previous evening we chose the continental version."

"The king size bed is absolutely fabulous with splendid bed linen, in contrast the armchairs in the room were a bit sad and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have something a bit more cosy."
