"Fast service easy to book and a very attentive host. The property is very spacious from two levels of living. Lovely extended kitchen, beautiful bathroom. The space downstairs is exceptionally cool and decorated with a lot of architectural feeling. Wifi fine. Delicious restaurants nearby. In short, top! Merci Phillipe."

Newly build apartment was perfectly clean and pleasant, with industrial and historical futures. Every area was thoughtfully organised: rest and play, kitchen and dinner, swimming and breakfast outside. Our sleep was comfy and sound. Shower had a good pressure and fully equipped. "Amazing location, vibes and aesthetics. Such a fun and cute stay in Paris if you want to feel like a local. Lots of cute shops, and trendy bars and restaurants. Close to public transport also. The only thing worth mentioning is it can be quite noisy, but I just had earplugs so didn’t bother me much."
