"This is not a negative thing, you just have to keep in mind that a deposit in cash is necessary when checking in. The place is not in the city center of Saint Germain so you need to either have a car, be willing to walk for about 20min or take a bus."

"The room is the wing of the owners cottage. It has separate entrance, it’s spacey, clean and comfortable. New and very peasant to stay. It was either rainy or quite cold outside during the 2 days of our stay in this place, and in the room it was warm and cosy. The rom is nicely combining modern facilities and stylish wooden furniture with history. Another benefit is possibility to park the car inside the territory. We didn’t use the car during the stay because in the town it’s pleasant to walk and observe the houses, and for going to Paris we used a railway - super fast and easy. The owners are a very nice couple, we enjoyed both - the conversations and the home-made breakfast. Special gratitude for the recommendation to visit museum of Mauris Denis. Very good museum that was open even on Sunday! If we are back to Paris by car, we definitely would stay in this place again."

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax. The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, responding quickly to any questions and making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was well-equipped with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!"

"The position is quite strategic, since out of the RER station you simply need 10/15' walking. On top the owners are both very kind; in my case for instance I had to do a late check in and there was any issue. On top the bed was comfortable and the room very clean, so overall I suggest this place. The breakfast itself was not included into the offer, but there was a boiler with some tea bags, snacks, sugar, a bottle of water etc.. so at the end I was able to eat something before leaving."

I have lived in France for eight years and this is one of the only cool homes that you will find in summer."
