"Not too far from the rer (10-15 min walk) checking 24/7 and easy check out The room was overall nice and clean. The bed and the pillows were very nice . The personnel was really nice."
"I had no hanger or place to hang my coat/ jacket etc."
"Picked the hotel as it waw close to la Défense arena as we were attending a concert there. The hotel was comfortable, the room was perfect and the staff friendly. The breakfast was reasonable in price and we appreciated the laid back manner to chill while having breakfast. The last check out time of 12pm on the Sunday was really welcomed too. Overall good experience staying here"
"Nothing really over all good experience."

"Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The room was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of electrical outlets, kettle was available."
"Unfortunately, one of the receptionists did not speak English, but thanks to her colleague or translator we arranged everything we needed. Room service could be more sustainable - unnecessary daily towel changes, classic soap and shampoo instead of refillable containers, etc."
"Friendly staff, lovely and comfortable room & bathroom."
"Location a bit on the outskirts of the city centre, but easily reachable via metro."
"The breakfast was very good. The procedures were easy. Also the treatment of the workers was good."

"From the very first moment we entered the hotel, the warm welcome and friendly smiles made us feel at home and never like strangers. On our first day, Mr. Nabil was there and he was incredibly kind and welcoming, immediately offering his help. Afterwards, Ms. Cecile and Mr. Bhyan were also very attentive and helpful. In fact, everyone was wonderful, but these are the three names we remember. Thank you so much for everything we will definitely be coming back again."
