"The hotel was super convenient - it's literally 30 seconds from the train station to the hotel. The staff were friendly, and allowed me to check-in a few minutes early with no hassle. The room itself was clean and silent, so I had a great night's sleep. I was booked for Les Grands Buffets, and getting a taxi was simple, as the taxi rank is in front of the station. If you want a hassle-free stay in Narbonne, I can highly recommend this hotel."

"The reception desk and entrance were very well decorated as well as the room I stayed in. The bed was super comfortable. The manager was very accommodating, allowing me to check-in much much earlier than the check-in time."

"The stairs. I was in a room on the second floor and it was hard climbing the stairs, but the manager was kind enough to help me with my luggage."

"Really convenient for the train station, which was great for arriving in the evening. The room was big with a big comfortable bed. There was also free WiFi in the room. All in all everything was much better than expected for a 2* hotel. However, one of the best bits about staying here was the excellent Vietnamese restaurant just down the road. If you stay at this hotel and like tasty food then you have to go."
