"It’s an older hotel, we had two single beds which was as we chose. It was a small room but the bathroom was of a decent size. There was no fridge which I can’t remember if this was stated on the booking or not and probably not an issue for most people but we had some supplies with us that needed refrigeration. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived I was worried as for some reason on the maps app it said hotel Florence was permanently closed and when we arrived it was locked but I had been communicating with the friendly staff so it was only a moment of worry. I let the staff know we were there and they very quickly came to open the door and greet us."
"Perhaps something only a privileged person would say and there is worse going on in the world right now but it is an old hotel so some renovations wouldn’t go astray. But it was very cheap and booked last minute so not really a complaint to make here."
"Location- Ambiance of the room. The heat was on when I arrived. It was very comfortable as it had been raining heavy on arrival. The bedside light was lit and made a warm entrance to my room"

"The girl who welcomed us at the reception is very sweet. The rooms are very nice. The hotel is very close to the Santuary of Lourdes. And not too far from the train station."

"Everything is good. . Best hotel if visiting Lourdes Sanctuary. It's close to the Lourdes Sanctuary, just 10 minutes by easy walk downhill. Paid Breakfast is excellent and Value for money. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious and bright. Bed Sheets and Towels are changed daily. Quiet location. Highly recommended."

"The road from sanctuary to the hotel is uphill. Caution to those who have walking and breathing difficulties. Although there is a street lift available but only from 8am-8pm."
