"The room was a good size, very small shower and bathroom. It is an old building and very peaceful. The receptionist was charming, helpful and could not do enough to help."

"The hotel is up a steep incline from the main road...(much of Sarlat is) The location is fantastic. The room was up several flights of stairs and there is no elevator, not uncommon but just be aware. Believe we got the last room available so it had an extra room we did not need but it gave us a little more space. Liked the built-in little desks. We used them to plan our visit. Front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful."
"Hallways / stairways could use a freshening up and a bit better cleaning. We also couldn't get the bathroom fan to shut off. Unfortunately there is no one at reception after a certain hour, perhaps that's not the best for safety, etc."

"Basic but clean. Good for a night sleep if you travel through France. Nice staff, access through codes to the room and to the parking ( outside the reception hours), secured outside parking and with a charger for plug in cars. You need to install another app if you are from abroad for charging the car. We did not eat there but we saw that the breakfast was croissants, coffee, ham, juices, breads and jam. Not sure if they had more though. Good water pressure in the shower. Soap and little envelopes with shower gel are provided as well as paper cups and towels in the bathroom."

"The location was perfect, a stone's throw away from the Sanctuary. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was appropriate for pilgrims and for a place to sleep (just don't expect 4 or 5-star level service and facilities; this is more of a pilgrim place rather than a fancy white people-style hotel). I would stay there again. Breakfast was simple and nice; they also do lunch and dinner service at the hotel restaurant, but you'll have to reserve/ask about that."

"We had a wonderful stay at Parc résidentiel Les Hauts de Baldy. The site is quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for families, the beach, markets, and leisure activities are all close by. Our mobile home was clean, well-equipped, and the covered terrace was ideal for relaxing evenings – we’d love to come back!"
