"Beautiful, clean hotel with a good breakfast & amazing hot chocolate! Beds were comfy, shower hot and powerful. Elevator in hotel which was handy. 5 minute walk to the metro, very well located. Staff very friendly & helpful, can't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely stay again."

"Excellent staff on reception - friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The hotel is located near to the Guard de Nord and there is a subway entrance for Line 4 not too far away, that avoids negotiating the main station itself. Plenty of places to eat nearby and plenty of confidence stores in the area too. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. There was plenty to eat at breakfast and a wide selection to choose from. All in all an excellent stay."

"Clean, comfortable and pretty spacious (by central Paris standards!). Stayed overnight for a quick trip from London via Eurostar, so very convenient location, and next to Gare du Nord and Gare de L'Est so easy for metro, RER etc. Very helpful, and stored bags for us before and after check out. Room overlooked the back so quiet, and a good night's sleep."

"The hotel has nothing at all wrong with it, and I will happily return for a similar trip. The local neighbourhood is a bit scruffy, which is what I expect near big stations, so if I was staying longer than a couple of nights, I might think of a different area to stay."

"Clean and comfortable. The female receptionist was very welcoming, super friendly and accommodating. Location was great being between 2 large train stations only 3 mins walk from the hotel."

"Conveniently placed between Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. We had a room at the back which had no view but was very quiet for a city hotel. Comfortable. Simple bathroom with good shower."

"The bathroom - Not enough room to hang towels to dry. The rail there was, was too high! No heating. Hand wash dispenser very difficult to use Breakfast room was busy at the weekend and staff did not keep up the supply of food/cutlery to meet the demand. On the whole, staff were unsmiling and did not engage with visitors."
