"I really enjoyed my stay at Arok. From its easy access to Strasbourg Station to the friendly and helpful welcome. Staff were excellent, accommodating early check-in and room upgrade. The hotel had a lovely vibe and the room was comfortable and clean. Close to everything including the old town, plenty of eating options nearby and self-serve coffee freely available at the bar. Tastefully and cheekily decorated."

"Great hotel opposite the station.Comfortable room.Although the hot food was slightly disappointing,the rest of the breakfast was outstanding,lovely apple tart and brioche etc. Free hot drinks were available during your stay.The staff were welcoming and friendly. We had previously stayed in another nearby hotel,the Arok was easily the better of the two."

"Excellent location, we literally walked to the hotel from the train station! rooms were very comfortable, spacious enough, very warm (we stayed in December), very clean, we had room service and towels were changed every day which was great. Breakfast was nice, good choice, fresh fruit. the small bar was lovely for the 'last one' in the evening after a long day in town. Staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. Everything was within walking distance. I want to add a separate line to mention the decorations - we were there on Christmas - the lobby was amazingly festive, the Tree, the bears, the lights - all added a ton to the holiday spirit! would definitely stay again!"
