"The room neat and clean. I requested a blanket and it was there as expected. I went there on a cold day and heating inside the room was well balanced to keep me warm. It's a little room but it has everything you need. It's very cosy room and I had a very good sleep. Staff was helpful providing me a power adapter."

"Friendly receptionist, clean and comfortable room and very central. Nice pleasant walk to Sanctuary and Grotto (8 mins).As we had a motorbike they allowed us to park safely beside hotel without the standard 10 euro charge per day. Liked it so much we stayed an extra night."

"Very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast is also very good. The location is good for accessing the sanctuary, and also close to the large free car park by the river. Would strongly recommend."

"Our room was immaculately clean. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the sights. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied, perhaps a little fresh vegetable was missing from the menu. The lady working at the reception was kind and helpful. What I really liked was the Mexican restaurant, but we ate well everywhere. I had the most delicious lime-basil ice cream in Lourdes. There are many things to see in Lourdes and the surrounding area, unfortunately we were only here for 2 nights, so we had to miss quite a few programs, but we already know that we will come back here."
