Hotel Albert 1er

"The location is excellent, central yet quiet, and there are good places to eat nearby. The breakfast is award-winning - yes, literally! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, and were happy to provide information, book taxis and accommodate dietary requirements."

"We stayed here twice around the Christmas period. The first time, there were three of us and the room was a reasonable size for three. The second time, there were just the two of us and the room was a bit tight, but we were only staying one night so it didn't matter too much."

"Charming staff. Great location. Beaitifully decorated and appointed."

"Some hot food - possibly eggs - at breakfast would have been good."

"Beds very comfy Hotel located near the Main Square. Bathrooms clean and water hot Friendly staff"

"Triple room cosy but a bit cramped with 3 beds in it. No room to walk between beds. But cost very good and bed very comfy."

"The hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible from the airport shuttle stop - even with luggage. I didn't have breakfast, but it smelt and looked great. The staff were really helpful and friendly and knew the area - they geve some great sightseeing tips"

"1. Breakfast was exceptional; great variety of regional specialties, fresh and well presented. 2. Early check-in was well worth the additional fee. 3. Loved the location."

"Nothing comes to mind. Generally very pleased."

"The hotel is situated in a wonderful location, close to all attractions, the metro, train station, shops and restaurants/bars. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. The staff were all so friendly and polite. We had an amazing stay thankyou! I highly recommend!"

"We LOVED our stay here. The location is PERFECT. It is right in the centre of town near everything and yet it is on a quiet sidestreet so no rowdy hubbub when you're trying to sleep. The bedroom was simple and classic. The public areas are on the small side but cosy, friendly and again, classically elegant. The staff were, without exception, incredibly friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was superb - very varied and thoughtfully done with lots of tasty and healthy options. We would stay again without hesitation."

"I really can't think of anything negative. Have I stayed in more exceptional hotels? Certainly. But for the price and location I believe this hotel has got it spot on."

"Breakfast was excellent - an ample buffet , with an interesting selection ever day ."

"Our double room was very small - almost New York City size! But it was attractively decorated and both room and bathroom had been recently renovated . Fortunately, there were comfortable reading chairs in the main floor lobby area."
