"The apartment is fantastic. We have had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. The balcony gets the sun most of the day and you can sit for hours watching the world go by. The sea view is amazing and there is plenty to do in Menton with loads of places to eat, although the train station is only up the road and train costs are very reasonable."

"The only thing some people might find irritating is the traffic noise, we didn’t mind this as we live in the centre of a busy village so it was normal for us. I would remind people booking this property that it is right in the middle of the town and you have to expect the noise of the traffic and the benefits of the location make it worth the traffic noise."

"Very good location near the sea. The public transport allows to reach other important places (Monaco, Grasse, Cote d'Azur airport etc.). Comfortible beds, well equiped kitchen."

"Emplacement central, conciergerie réactive, linge de maison fourni, grande terrasse et appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, vue latérale mer, à deux pas de la plage."

"Prévoir le stationnement en plus pour la voiture il n'y a pas de parking. Nous avons trouvé des places facilement au en pied de l'immeuble, c'est peut-être mois aisé en pleine saison."

"J'ai apprécié la situation géographique du logement, proche de la gare, de la mer et des commerces. L'appartement est spacieux, bien chauffé et propre, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable."

"L'accès au hall d'entrée au hall d'entrée était parfois compliqué en raison d'une serrure récalcitrante. Le fait de n'avoir qu'un seul jeu de clés lorsqu'on est plusieurs n'est pas pratique. Il manquait également un nécessaire pour nettoyer l'appartement, et la télécommande du téléviseur présentait des dysfonctionnements. De plus, la porte-fenêtre et la fenêtre de la première chambre sont en simple vitrage, la porte fenêtre a été peinte et ne ferme plus, ce qui nous à obligés à laisser le volet de cette chambre fermé en permanence."

"Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit Familie Anfang November in der Wohnung verbracht und das noch warme Wetter auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, man kommt zu Fuß zum Einkaufen und in Restaurants, der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Côte d’Azur zu erkunden. Ja, man hört den Verkehr, aber das ist halt Südfrankreich 🛵🏍️☀️"
