Gîtes les Bernes

"Clean, good value for money, dog friendly, secure parking."

"Shower door was only half height so quite a lot of water went over the rest of the bathroom"

"We stayed just one night on our way to Spain. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Good parking facility and all enclosed with a security gate."

"Heating is by air conditioning units and in the evening it was difficult to get warm. But we stayed in January. I can’t imagine this would be an issue in warmer months."

"The location was so lovely. We stayed with 2 dogs and the host was more than happy to welcome them and we appreciated the little back garden section which was perfect for the dogs! Despite a few comments about being able to hear the road, we found we could barely hear it and not at all when we were in our rooms (we live in the countryside too so are used to complete silence), but we did have the cottage/studio farthest away. Little touches like coffee etc were most welcome and we were very kindly allowed pool access after hours - we were desperate for a swim after an exhausting day and it was obvious that we were being sensible/not drinking etc. It was wonderful to float in the water at twilight. Would definitely stay here again and for longer."

"Perhaps pool opening hours could be a little longer, but as I said, our host was very accommodating so it wasn't really a problem in the end."

"Owners very friendly & helpful. Great to watch Tour de France together. Great value for money Very relaxing"

"Need to come with supplies of you dont have a car."
