"Beautifully quiet and idyllic setting with a superb pool. The Gite was comfortable and had everything you could have needed for a self catering stay."
"WiFi was an issue but it is a remote location. It would be helpful with the tv (not that you go away to watch tv but the option is there) if you could put English subtitles on the French channels."

"les hôtes sont très accueillants et soucieux du confort des locataires. le gite est parfaitement équipé et permet de passer un séjour en toute tranquillité, tout en profitant des services offerts (piscine magnifique, salle de jeux, grange "wifi" avec plancha). il est idéalement situé, à quelques kilomètres de jolies bastides et proche de nombreux points d'intérêt. il est possible de réserver de 1 à 3 gites sur la propriété pour des familles ou groupes plus nombreux. les hôtes proposent également un service de restauration bienvenu (PDJ, dîner, paniers pique-nique) pour ceux qui ne veulent ni cuisiner ni prendre leur voiture. le calme du lieu est parfait pour se ressourcer"

"Nous avons apprécié l'accueil personnalisé et chaleureux de Fred et Virginie, le gite joliment décoré, bien équipé et agrémenté d'une jolie terrasse. Une belle piscine à débordement était aussi à notre disposition, dommage que la météo ne nous ait pas permis de la tester!"

"Het is een prachtig oud Frans huis, heel compleet uitgerust! Prima keuken, daar is alles wat je nodig hebt en meer dan voldoende. Er zijn 2 badkamers met toilet en nog een apart toilet. Er is een fijne houtkachel. De tuin is heerlijk, een tafel om aan te eten, 4 ligstoelen, een BBQ. Het is er erg rustig en s nachts heel donker."

"1st floor, fully enclosed apartment with its own entrance - owner lives in property downstairs (easy to contact if there's an issue). Excellent location if you want a beach holiday in the south of France. 10 minute walk to the beach. Also close to shops and places to eat in Golf-Juan. Large property, with three substantial bedrooms, kitchen/diner and large outside seating area. A good base to explore the Cote d'Azur (but beware of overcrowded trains in the Summer). From the property we used the coastal trains to visit Monaco, Cannes, Nice & Grasse. No hidden costs - e.g. tourist tax included in initial payment."

"What a wonderful few nights. The property is a little hard to drive to, but we were given excellent instructions in advance. When we arrived, Olivier was there to meet us. What a great host. He gave us a great breakdown of the property and where to eat etc. The property itself is in a magical spot - by the Armancon River. You can hear the rush of the river, and watch the ducks out the window. It is superbly fitted out with quality items - great crockery and cutlery, cooking appliance., And the little things like monogrammed pillows and tea towels. A very comprehensive guide in both French and English is provided. And all in all, a very comfortable place. The property is close to the town - but could be miles away. You have no sense that the town is only a 5 minute walk away (albeit up a steep drive - much easier to walk back down after a good night out!)"
