"The location is great and Fanny is excellent. Less than 10 minutes by car to the beach and several activities. We enjoyed the garden very much and had a couple of BBQs in front of the house. Fanny and her family are very nice and respond very quickly."

"Initial impressions were not good as the entrance hall is scruffy and in need of updating. However, upon entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and cleanliness. Also, despite being in the lively district of St-Denis, it was very quiet at night with a comfortable bed and the added bonus of a washing machine. If you like walking, it is only a 30 minute walk to the attractions and is only around the corner from Goncourt Metro Station. Would highly recommend for a city break."
