"Logement très spacieux et très isolé (ce que nous recherchions !) dans une lotoise typique de 1873, ancienne ferme avec son bolet exposé sud-est, qui conserve la fraîcheur lors des grandes chaleurs. Le cadre est vraiment enchanteur, d'un calme inouï, avec le causse pour seul vis à vis. Grande sollicitude de notre hôte qui nous a tout de suite proposé de déplacer les dates du séjour suite à un imprévu. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir."

"Gîte de Font d'Erbies' location is fantastic ... in the countryside on a remote lane among woods and farmlands under cultivation and where there are beautiful night skies and only the sounds of nature - including the cuckoos. The gite itself is a converted farmstead dating back several centuries and the house has been renovated with all modern amenities. I slept very comfortably and also enjoyed the several miles of farm trails in the area ... very relaxing and interesting flora and fauna. the host (Florent) and his father were very friendly and gave me hiking tips and passed on the interesting history of the area. It is a great getaway, but still close to Grotte du Pech Merle, Cahors and just a bit more to Najac - a great bastide! Also stop in at Chateau de Cenervieres and hopefully meet the current owner who has interesting stories and humorous anecdotes about his home and the area."
