"Easy to check-in with clear instruction. Convenience area with a lot of cafe & shop surrounding the area...."
"Due to winter, we need to turn on the heater. The heater is working but there is a burnt smell if you increase the temperature."
"Staff are very nice and the closest tram station is right in front of the hotel. The apartmentsare very spacious and have basic services. Perfect for families with kids. There's many shops, cafés and supermarkets around."

"The parking is charged around 10-15€ per night (not sure) and you can only leave the car there after 16:30 on check in, it’s difficult to find a parking space on the street, there isn’t any other private parking around, we left the car about 20 minutes walking from the tram to go to Geneve, than we moved it closer to the hotel in the evening and on the next day (Sunday) it was free to park on street so it worked ok for us."
