"Our host's welcome was exceptionally friendly, and she spent time with us, sharing the long and interesting history of her home, and providing us with her own notebooks and scrapbooks to browse through during the evening. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. Breakfast included her home made jams and yoghourt, and was both generous and a pleasure to eat. Before we went, we had thought this place would simply be a one night stopover for us. We have resolved to return here and explore the area, using Ferme De Bonavis as an excellent base."

"You need to drive someway to find a good place to eat if arriving in time for meal - there is a really well stocked mini bar and it would be beautiful to sit and eat in the evening sun on the terrace ... but you need to think about where to eat depending on your arrival time."

"The property was very clean and warm. We were four people, and there was enough hot water for everyone. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was straightforward and easy. The sofa bed consists of two single mattresses, with one sliding out from the sofa. We really didn't have a problem with that—it was a comfortable bed. Thank you"

"The situation of this property with its panoramic views of the mountains was amazing. We were warmly welcomed by the proprietor who was also the chef who cooked for us a most delicious evening meal and provided a wonderful, copious breakfast which included freshly made Scotch pancakes.
