"A pearl with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the highest level of equipment. A designer apartment with high-quality furniture and interior. Super clean. 3 bedrooms and a huge living room, it was very comfortable for 6 people. We are very lucky to spend wonderful days in this two-storey apartment at a very reasonable price. We took perfect photos against the background of the Eiffel Tower right from the window. The host was very comfortable in communication and made our stay perfect. I would also like to mention the wonderful library with a size of two floors! Charming modern French style!"

"Wir waren für einige Tage in Paris, um uns die Stadt anzuschauen. Die Wohnung ist einfach top! Groß, sauber, super eingerichtet und prima Lage. Auch möchte ich den tollen Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer (Victor) erwähnen. Sehr höflich und zuvorkommend, superschnelle Antwortzeiten. Kleiner Tip: von Samstag Abend bis Montag früh 9:00 Uhr kann man kostenfrei direkt vor der Wohnung parken. In der Woche ist es schon sehr teurer, da sollte man sich auf jeden Fall einen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage suchen. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder!"

"This house is pure perfection, we wanted to stay forever. Stylish, spacious and equipped with everything you’d need, the hosts are very thoughtful. Location is great, nice little pool in the private back garden of decent size, our kids loved every minute."

"Het was een leuk klein huisje. Alles modern en prima. Alleen die keuken....die was wel een beetje oudbollig. Maar functioneel. De badkamer was mooi nieuw. Grote inloopdouche. Verwarmingen waren modern en werkten goed. De tuin was fijn, groot. Alleen zou ik niet een robotmaaier aanzetten....onze ene hond werd helemaal gek van dat ding dus hebben we hem uit moeten zetten. Ook zat t hele huis daardoor onder het maaisel... Al met al lag het huisje op een prima locatie, maar wel aan een doorgaande weg. De 2e nacht heb ik daarom met dicht raam geslapen. Zou ik weer naar Etretat gaan, dan zou dit huisje prima zijn. Tip: ga niet in het hoogseizoen. Ook nu begin oktober wadbhet best nog druk maar niet overlastgevend."
"Punctuality and friendliness of the person who gave us the keys. Chalet is a top notch, modernly equipped, with floor heating (huge plus as we stayed here in winter), with available toys for kids (books, community games) and adults alike (table football, ping-pong, PS3). There are child travel cot and a baby chair available. Ski slopes are 20/30 minutes away. Place is an all-rounder, beautiful and very well equipped modern chalet. We're certainly going to keep this address."
"Small, but very French and cozy apartment. I was there with 2 daughters, 9 and 11. They liked their second floor “nest”. Perfect location, 5 min walk to the sea, supermarket just across the road. A lot of restaurants in the area. Train station is 5 min walk if you need to go to the Airport or nearby cities"
