"Spacious clean apartment with a good balcony that was close to bus and train links, with a nearby supermarket and also close to many restaurants. The furniture is old but functional and there is a working washing machine and laundry equipment. The apartment is very secure with an electric metal shutter on the balcony window and a very good lock on the main door. There is a small lift to the apartment from the rear entrance to the building that holds 2 people. It was a 20 minute walk to the old town and a few minutes more to a very good beach near the church of St Michaels. The main beach beside the casino is very rocky and difficult to walk on, we always used the better beach at the old town Menton is like a quieter smaller version of Nice and we felt safe at all times during our stay even walking at night felt very relaxed."

"The location was brilliant, we did Disney a few days and explored Paris the others. There was a coffee machine! Supermarket nearby for essentials Balcony was nice and felt safe Shutters are black out, loved that. Beds were comfy although I noticed no pillow protector on pillow. Shower had good water pressure. Kitchen has everything you need."

"La maison est très confortable et accueillante. Avec de grands espaces pour pouvoir accueillir facilement du monde. Un très beau jardin avec une belle vue. Elle est également très bien équipé,nous n'avons manquer de rien. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et très discret . Je renouvellerais sans aucun doute un futur séjour si l'occasion se re présente"
