"Fantastisk sted, værten er skøn, imødekommende og meget interessant at tale med, han har rejst i stort set hele verden. Værelserne var smukt indrettet. Der var en lille gårdhave som vi nød om aftenen. Værten er en topklasse kok og lavede et gourmet måltid. Hyggelig by med badesø. Vi ville gerne have brugt mere tid i området."

"This is a fabulous little BnB run by Matthew (incredibly with no staff). Beautiful, very tastefully decorated rooms and a comfy bed. Matthew is a great host and a really interesting person to chat to. His care and attention to detail are evident everywhere. And now to the best bit - the food.. I would make a pilgrimage to come here just for the evening meal. Matthew is a classically trained professional chef - he prepares a three course meal every night from scratch (Remember to give notice - nothing comes from the freezer). Every element was delicious. I have paid twice as much for food not half as good. And considering the effort and expertise involved, it is staggeringly good value. Don't expect big portions of family style cooking. This is fine dining at its best. Thanks Matthew for your generosity. I'm sure we'll be back."

"Wonderful, stylish, spacious, clean, quiet and safe. Almost perfect. Host is easy going, but, helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful food and nice town. Bedroom very good. Bathroom clean and bright and smart. Host is a good chef."

"Everything about this place is delightful; the wonderful host and his amazing culinary skills especially. Matt made us feel incredibly welcome, chatty and informative without being intrusive. The rooms were immaculately clean and tidy but the wow factor really is the evening meal (and homemade yogurt and granola as part of your breakfast). Highly recommend this perfect little place if you’re after something typically French, with amazing food and good company."
