"Lack of communication from the owners, they won't reply to any messages on booking, email, whatsapp, calls. They will only send a video explaining how to get the keys on the day of check in"

"If you only plan to sleep there, the room is fine. It is quiet and self sufficient, and very central to get to everything Aix has to offer. The accomodation is well equipped for a budget stay, even has a tiny kitchen but I wouldn't count on cooking in it - there is no ventilation. The space is small but well planned. It is literally 3 tiny secctions, 1-bed and table; 2-kitchenette and hanger; 3-bathroom/shower; it has TV and AC. The sheets and towels were clean and the bed comfortable. It has air conditioning and heat, mini fridge, coffee maker. It served my purpose as I was visiting friends and was with them most of my stay, just coming to sleep."

"Communication was not clear; booking message I sent asking about the check in was not answered by my arrival time so I had to call for the key and the code. But once connected I recieved clear instructions. This is one of several other budget rooms in the building. It is just enough for one person. I would feel two crowded with a roommate. Also the room lacks light; the only source of sunlight is the glass entrance door that goes out into a "well" of walls, two of which have other doors. Do not expect to use the "terrace" for anything, it is small. In fact another person hung out there at a little round table at night with his PC and I felt he was almost in my room. The heat in the bathroom did not work. Also I didn't like that the only way to lock the door from the inside is to lock with the key, and in case of emergency I would feel trapped. There should be a lock that allows easy exit."

"After three weeks in shared dorms it was nice to have a clean, quiet apartment to myself. Excellent location, modern decor, comfy bed, hot powerful shower. Although small & compact it had everything I needed and was reasonably priced for an exclusive three night stay."

"Minor point - I love toast so a toaster would have been welcome ( though I managed to make it without). Another, v. minor point 'mugs' rather than small teacups would have been appreciated. But these are 'nice to haves' not essential s and didn't in any way spoil my stay"

"The apartment had all the necessary equipment (fridge, little cooking stove, microwave, etc.). It has a modern look, with just enough space for a couple. The location is very close to the center. Its definitely worth the price."

"The studio was excellent for a solo traveller, ideal also for couples. Small but has everything you need. The location was basically within 2 minutes from the main road. Would definitely recommend."

"Bit tricky to get the keys but there is a video that explains everything. Make sure you have internet. Also, the boiler is just above the toilet, so make sure you remember that. I hit my head a couple of times."

"Очень чистая и уютная квартирка. Один раз пересёкся с соседями в общем пространстве перед входной дверью. Хорошее расположение, можно дойти за пол часа практически до любого места в городе."

"Не было батареек в пульте телевизора. Очень маленькая раковина в ванной комнате, умываться не очень удобно. Хозяйка сама не шла на контакт, не отвечала на сообщения по почте, на сообщения в букинге. Мне пришлось искать место с бесплатным вайфаем, чтобы попросить прислать инструкцию по получению ключей. Спасибо, что хотя бы прислала за 15 минут до времени заселения =)"

"De pan om een eitje te bakken was te oud. Het wasbakje in de badkamer was veel te klein, het was onmogelijk om je daar te wassen. De tv kreeg ik niet opgestart."
