"Good communication with the host, apartment that has everything you need for a nice vacation. It has SENSEO coffee machine, washing machine, TV. I do not know if it has wifi, I didn't need it. The balcony and the view of the sea are amazing!"
"It is appreciated that it has a sofa bed at the entrance, but it is a little uncomfortable if you need to sleep there. In my case, I went alone, I slept in the bed from the living room, I did not need the sofa bed from the entrance. It is just in case you rent between more people."

"This property is in a good location to explore the area and also is only a short walk from the centre of Roubaix. There are lots of local shops and restaurants very close by. It was very easy to get the metro into Lille, and also to drive into Belgium."
"The apartment was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the garden from the kitchen/diner. There were all the kitchen essentials you needed, as well as some coffee, tea and biscuits. The bed was large and comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. There was free parking just across the road in a car park. We walked around Plancoet, which is a very pretty village and ate steak et frites in the restaurant next to the river called ‘Bar du Vieux Port’. The property was just a ten minute drive from the coast and just half an hour from various places that we visited including Dinan, Dinard, St Malo and Erquy. In Plancoet there are supermarkets including Hyper U and Lidl. The host was lovely. We would recommend this as a base for exploring the Emerald Coast."
