"Absolutely loved our stay at this small independent hotel! The building and interiors are brimming with charm and period-perfect furnishings. The location was central and all the main sights of the city were very walkable. The room was cosy yet comfortable, plus double-glazed windows and roller shutters kept out light and noise. But most of all, the view from the room was brilliant – from the second floor we had a spectacular view directly onto Saint-Maurice's church."

"The cupboard and hanging space were very small, but this kind of added the overall charm of the hotel. In the bathroom, the shower head did not have a wall attachment, but again, this was rather quaint and didn't really bother me."

"Room we stayed in (503) has a really bad positioned toilet.... away from the wall by about 20cm... which leave just about 20 cm in front of the loo. The plumber was obviously not bothered to reroute the plumbing !... If you are of a big stature then you will have some problems to use that loo ."
