"Fantastisk lejlighed med alle faciliteter. Rigtig stor og lækker terrasse med fuld sol til hen på eftermiddagen. Der var desuden adgang til privat garage under bygningen. Udlejer var meget let tilgængelig og nøgleoverlevering / tjek-in var superhurtigt. Alt var i orden og opholdet var hver en krone værd Lejligheden ligger tæt på centrum og i gåafstand til Den Gamle By, hvor alt "liv" foregår."

"Eneste minus var lejlighedens beliggenhed helt op af den vej, som sikre trafikken ind til centrum. Der var rigtig meget billarm fra morgen til aften - men fordelene ved lejligheden (og gåafstand til alt) overgik klart dette minus."

"Location was wonderful. Secure parking was excellent...in a specified garage. Underground parking huge...could easily get lost! Apartment lovely - clean and comfy. No view but lake just 5 min walk and Old Annecy about the same. Would definitely stay there again. Owner was delightful!"

"Very comfortable, spacious, excellent facilities and secure parking in a very convenient location. On arrival it was clear that there was a fault with the WiFi. Sophia, who greeted us with the keys, was exceptionally helpful and understanding. She quickly made calls and within 10 minutes moved us to another apartment in the same block where the WiFi was superb. Great service from Sophia and much appreciated"

"Could not get free box Wi-Fi working on windows laptop, while working on iPhones and tablet. There was no soap and there was only a near empty shower gel in bathroom. There was no welcome pack on arrival like water, milk or cookies."
