"There was only one issue with the room I was staying hence the rating I shared. Some unpleasant smell was coming from the ventilation I believe and all my clothes and myself including caught that smell."

"Breakfast and evening food was available - limited choice but tasty. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good wifi and nice garden out the back, and there's a bar with a TV if you want to keep in touch with the world. Clean and comfortable."

"The lockable doors across the beds make them really secure, but also quite warm so I had to have it open at night. It was somewhat out of town, but there was a bus stop nearby and a tram slightly further away. Public transport is good in Bordeaux so it's only a minor niggle and I guess it would cost more if it was closer to the city centre."
