"A really fantastic place to stay with a really friendly staff. A great bar, simple but quality menu( best burgers we ever tasted) - cozy atmosphere and wonderfully authentic bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We were mesmerised by the fantastic location on the lake and ease of access from the motorway. Superb breakfast in the lake view restaurant. All at a great price."

"Great Location beside the lake. Easy to find from the A20 motorway. Chambre d'hote is well run by a friendly English family. Food in the restaurant and breakfast was good. It was nice to have a welcome tray in the room too. Lovely overnight stopover for our trips to and from England."

"Great location, sits right on river with wonderful view. Good secure bike storage. Owners are really friendly and helpful, we had a lovely dinner and the breakfast was excellent, with eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, yoghurt and many fresh pastries..."

"Superb welcome and helpful reception staff. Excellent restaurant on the top floor. Had dinner and breakfast there, enjoyed both very much. Breakfast in particular, I don't normally go for the expensive hotel breakfast but glad we did here, very efficient with great staff. Good location for an easy walk to the famous boardwalk or just a few minutes from the top brand shops in the centre of town."

"Très belle piscine chauffée ( 29 degrés !), alors soit elle n'est pas sur place mais vraiment pas loin, avec vue sur le manoir et l'étang, c'est un très beau domaine et on s'y sent bien, ambiance conviviale et sympathique avec les locataires des autres gîtes. Le gîte est confortable et joliment décoré, très calme, dans les bois."
