"What a superb hostess Brigitte is. So friendly and welcoming. We shared an evening meal with her and other guests and after an evening of ibteresting conversation slept soundly in a very comfortable bed. Excellent valie for money. Highly recommend."

"Very calm and pleasant location, very homey and cozy feeling. The room with very comfortable mattress. The owner is very accomodating. We had very interesting conversation with her and other travelers during the home cooked dinner. Nice selection on jams for breakfast. Interesting location nearby. I would definitly recommend this location and return if in neighbourhood."

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable and provided everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer if we had the time. Slight problem getting the key, but quickly and easily resolved by the owner who was very friendly and easy to contact and made sure we were ok. Good location to visit the centre of Niort"

"Great apartment in a fantastic location. You're right in the middle of everything, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a supermarket close by and the Cordeliers stop, with the metro and lots of bus routes, isn't far away. The apartment is bright and beautifully designed. Everything you need is there, including plenty of bed linen and towels. We particularly liked the fact that there was also plenty of crockery (lots of cups, plates, etc.), so we didn't have to wash up all the time. It was ideal for our group and we'd love to come back."

"Had a wonderful stay. The pool is great, also with the partly covered area, which warm the water, but also provides some much needed shade in summer. The privacy is optimal. Great house with everything you need, although we spent most of our time outside. The kids loved Rosco (the dog) who paid the occasional visit. The plancha and outdoor kitchen was fantastic in summer. The airconditioning kept the house cool during the warm nights. Pool has diffident depths so nice area to play for the kids (4-7) to a deeper end."
