"Very exotic - inside a country side shopping mall!! But an interesting experience and for us a convenient location for our travel."

"No breakfast included - there would have been a good buffet very good value for monet around the corner though. No staff as such - keys fetched at local supermarket! Again very exotic but they were very friendly and nice."

"Nice small hotel right above a shopping Mall, which is very practical. We came there because of Kapakanmäki concertarea. Therefore the hotel is perfect. You can walk there. The room is very big for two and clean. You pick up the key at the supermarket. Personal war very nice"

"Hyvä äänieristys🌹+++. Siisti uudistetun näköinen huone. Hyvä sänky, siististi petettu. Jääkaappi +++. WC / suihku puhdas tuoksuton Huoneistossa puhdas ilma. Parkkipaikka hyvällä paikalla."

"Hyvällä paikalla tien varressa, kauppakeskuksen yhteydessä."

"Netistä tehtyä varausta ei löytynyt järjestelmästä. Meni 40 minuuttia ennenkuin se käsin saatiin uusiksi tehtyä. Aamiainen voisi kuulua n. 100€ yöpymiseen hintaan."

"Great location: near the ski bus stop and in a 20-min walking distance to Ruka Village. The apartment is pretty, clean and well-equiped, it even has a skiing-boots dryer! We enjoyed the sauna a lot, it is tiny but two people could fit with no problems. In sum, a perfect accommodation to rest and relax after a full day of skiing."

"Lovely apartment and perfect for what we wanted. Very cosy place, has a sauna. Great location at the bottom of the mountain / ski resort. Not a busy area, nice and quiet. The kids loved being able to walk to the ski resort (2 minutes away) and go sledging every day. Perfect location to stay if you plan to ski. Within short walking distance (15 minutes) from large supermarkets for buying in food and drink. The host Anatolii was great. A few sledges left at the property for us to use. Very friendly chap and does good priced taxi journeys around the area for days out etc. Was really happy and helpful to advise on the local area. Also messaged us to tell us when the northern lights were out so we could go out and see them."

"Our stay at this cute Arctic house in Rovaniemi was absolutely unforgettable. The house itself felt like something out of an AI-generated art piece — cute, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, making it both comfortable and charming. The view from the large windows was breathtaking, with snowy landscapes stretching as far as the eye could see, yet the house still felt very private. The location was ideal — just a few minutes by cab to the city center, making it easy to explore Rovaniemi while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. The host was the warmest person imaginable. She made sure we had everything we needed, left snacks and coffee for us, and even offered the use of a sauna in her home, which was such a thoughtful touch. Price very reasonable Highly highly recommend"

"Tidy,if smallish room with a sink and a small fridge. Toilet and shower in the corridoor. Bed was comfortable. It could possibly get a little stuffy in very hot weather. Not many people,so the night was quiet. The common kitchen was beautifully renowated and well equipped. Free parking, and there was a good bus connection to town."

I was the only one for breakfast, but it turned out to be such a cosy start for the day, with wild herbs and all. Quiet and clean accommodation with a common kitchen. Lovely beach, view, and nature."
