"The rooms were definitely boutique. Decor very tasteful and modern. Location and surroundings beautiful. Bar and restaurant atmosphere great. Breakfast was superb. The downstairs dog friendly room absolutely fabulous. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We will most definitely be return visitors."

The upstairs rooms and showers are little small, with minimal storage, but enough for a 1-2 night stay. The comfort outweighs this slight down point.

"The host was very friendly and made tons of arrangements for us. He picked us up from the train station, drove us to the grand canyon, and also drove us to the caves. He made a delicious Chinese breakfast that was included and we also paid extra to eat dinner there as well. The hotel is nice and quiet and pretty close to the Grand Canyon - though you will probably still need to drive there."

The room was a little cold in the winter.

"The location made this place for us. The hosts were friendly and were quick to rectify a mistake on our bill. The accommodation was big with a well equipped kitchen and a nice seating area outside the room. The swimming pool was a great after a long day site seeing. I would highly recommend."

"The host was exceptional. I had passport issues and the lady helped me get to a number of different embassies, and also drove me outn of hours back to the airport when my airline changed flight. Outstanding service. Note that there are no facilities onsite, so come equipped."

"Тот случай, когда результат превзошел ожидания. Это очень атмосферное место расположенное на горе с чудесной панорамой на Мериду. Таких доброжелательных хозяев, как Сандино и Каролина очень редко встретишь. Территория большая, есть терраса, ресторан, где можно заказать обед и ужин. Готовят здесь очень вкусно. Завтрак тоже отличный. На всей территории очень чисто. Кроме того, Сандино мне организовал экскурсию с тренингом в горы Лос Невадос гораздо дешевле, чем предлагали в турагенствах. Помимо туризма хозяева занимаются выращиванием кофе, фруктов и птицы. Кофе здесь всегда превосходный. Желаю этому месту развития и процветания!"

"A peaceful haven on the city's outskirts - approximately 16 minutes by tuk tuk. Lush, green gardens provide privacy between traditional Khmer huts. The huts were fairly basic inside - a king-size bed (which was very comfy and with mosquito net), small side tables, and a larger table for your suitcase. The front porches have bamboo chairs and a hammock! Everything, including the furniture, was handmade by the household's father - this being a family-run business. I especially liked the traditional Khmer washing urn. There's no hot water, but the cold bucket shower was extremely refreshing. Cannot finish off without mentioning the home-cooked food, which was delicious!"

A little bit of a hassle getting to and from the property via tuk tuk from the city centre. It's not well known by many drivers. It shouldn't cost more than US3.50 one way.

"Personalet var så søde. Min kuffert var blevet væk i lufthavnen, så jeg fik vasket min bluse (kunne endda låne en af Moga, som har stedet). Vi blev opgraderet og fik den smukkeste udsigt man kan forestille sig Ligger kort kørsel fra både Grunas waterfall og Blue Eye."

Det første værelse vi havde var meget mørkt og man kunne ikke nyde udsigten. Badet var så smalt og med skrå vægge, at det mere eller mindre var umuligt at bruge. Der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent - der lå Popcorntester på gulvet fra nogle andre. Medbring varmt tøj, det var for koldt om aftenen til at sidde ude - super ærgerligt, da de har den smukkeste udsigt

"The surroundings were really nice, vibrant, full of life and it gives the feeling they really take care of the ecosystem there. We got really abundant breakfasts (most of the fruits/jams from the garden there), the attention from the owner was exceptional."

If we get picky, a few cooking pots could get updated. Otherwise, everything 10/10

Una de las desventajas es que al estar fuera del pueblo y cerca de la carretera se escucha el ruido de los vehículos pero no es tan grave.

"Exactly what I wanted and more. Gorgeous rice fields, feels completely away from everything (but has good wifi). Quiet, beautiful. Theres a pond where you can fish with sticky rice. Many places to just sit and take it all in. Fire pit!!! Walking distance (or moto) to Kuangsi Waterfall via back path amongst the water buffalos, farmers and local life."

Very little selection for food and drinks. The first night dinner was fantastic, the second night, ordered the exact same thing and it was sooooo dissappointing. The owner addressed this and gave partial refund. There is no hot water which is a bit shocking at first. But my friends cabin didnt have any constant water pressure. Again the owner addressed issue right away. Nearby farms may be burning at times and the smoke goes right into the cabin. Unavoidable.

"Loved everything about it. The staff was kind and friendly, the family room was quite spacious and very warm. The location was also quite magical and just a short drive from Killarney town. Breakfast was also nice and had few options, the staff was really attentive to what we wanted in case it was missing and made sure we had everything we wanted. Would definitely stay here again"
